1) Make a commitment to take more “me-time” and time for self care.
2) Learn the art of saying “no”
3) You’ve gotta move! Making a commitment to being physically active for an hour at least 3 times a week
4) Don’t let “date night” fall by the waist side. Part of being happy is being in a loving relationship.
5) Stop comparing yourself to others and be grateful for what you do have!
